Return & Exchange Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests must be initiated within this timeframe to be eligible.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:

• Merchandise must be in the same condition as received

• Original Giorgio Milano packaging and tags must be included

• Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return

Shipping & Handling

All returns and exchanges are subject to shipping charges. Original shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. Giorgio Milano is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Gift Returns

Gift items may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value, subject to the same eligibility requirements and within the original return window.

Return Authorization (RA) Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Email info@giorgiomilano.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number

2. Include your full name, order number, and phone number in your request

3. Once approved, clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package and include it inside the shipment

4. Ship the item(s) using an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS recommended) and retain your receipt
